These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ellivane.shop and any purchase made from Ellivane.

Throughout these Terms, “Ellivane”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ellivane, operated by Brascargas Log Transporte e Logistica.

By visiting our Website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights.

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications and colours.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting and reasonable manufacturing variations.

We may correct errors or update product information without prior notice. This does not affect orders already accepted unless the correction is required by law or agreed with the customer.

  1. PRICES AND CURRENCY

Prices for customers in the United Kingdom are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

The total payable amount will be displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean it has been accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:

• The product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be authorised.
• The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised.
• Product or pricing information contains an obvious error.
• Delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address provided.

If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

  1. PAYMENT

Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

We do not directly store complete payment card details.

  1. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. The operational cut-off time is 14:00 BRT.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is estimated at 8–12 calendar days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will occur without undue delay and within the time required by applicable consumer law.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

UK customers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase by notifying us within 14 days beginning on the day after delivery.

After notifying us, customers generally have another 14 days to return the product where a return is required.

Ellivane also provides a 30-day commercial guarantee, subject to the conditions in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Nothing in our commercial policy reduces your statutory rights.

  1. PRODUCT USE

Products must be used according to their instructions and intended purpose.

Ellivane is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow safety instructions or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and layout, is owned by or licensed to Ellivane and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit Website content without written permission.

  1. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it.
• It is accurate and not misleading.
• It does not violate another person’s rights.
• It is not unlawful, abusive or defamatory.

You grant Ellivane a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.
